Join us in shaping the future of emergency care! Envision is seeking Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team at a brand-new free-standing emergency department (FSED) in Sunrise, opening Summer 2026. In order to best serve the needs of the full range of patients in the community, Broward Health and Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital are joining forces to bring a new freestanding emergency department to Sunrise, Florida, conveniently located near Oakland Park Boulevard and NW 94th Ave. This facility will provide emergency care for adults and children, combining Broward Health's expertise in adult services with Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital's pediatric care. The location will include 15 exam rooms for emergency care, X-ray and CT imaging, family waiting spaces and separate entrances for adult and pediatric patients. Services will include advanced diagnostics and radiology, and seamless continuity of care across the Broward Health system, ensuring patients receive timely, high-quality care close to home.

Qualifications: BC in EM (ABEM/AOBEM), ACLS & PALS

ED PROFILE:

• State-of-the-art free-standing emergency department
• 15-bed private exam rooms, including a designated trauma room
• Annual ED Volume (anticipated): 14,000 - 15,000
• Daily Physician Coverage: 24 hours with 12-hour shifts
• Ambulance bay for EMS access
• Fully integrated with Broward Health & Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital
• Advanced diagnostic and radiology services on-site: X-ray, US, CT scan, Point of Care Lab
• Seamless care handoff for admissions to Broward Health hospitals
