Inspira Health, the region’s leading network of healthcare providers, is seeking full-time, night shift Paramedics to join our Ground Transportation team at the Mullica Hill campus. In this role, you will provide prehospital Advanced Life Support (ALS) care to patients experiencing sudden illness or injury within designated service areas, as well as mutual aid support to adjacent ALS services when requested. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the lifespan, while adhering to state, federal, and organizational standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements. This position offers a pay range of $34.11 - $47.76 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prehospital Advanced Life Support (ALS) care to patients of all ages in emergency and critical care transport settings
• Perform Basic Life Support (BLS) skills in accordance with New Jersey Administrative Code and EMS department policies
• Assess patient conditions, interpret clinical data, and deliver age-appropriate care based on growth and developmental principles
• Follow established protocols set by the Department of Transportation National Standard Curriculum, American Heart Association, American College of Surgeons, and New Jersey Department of Health Office of Emergency Medical Services
• Maintain safety awareness, reporting equipment issues, failures, or hazards and taking appropriate corrective action
• Demonstrate effective time management, productivity, and accurate completion of all required documentation

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License and High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
• One (1) to three (3) years of paramedic experience preferred
• Current New Jersey Paramedic certification or eligibility for certification through reciprocity recognized by the NJ Department of Health, Office of Emergency Medical Services
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required
• Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) certification preferred
• Critical care certifications preferred, including CCEMT-P, CCP-C, or FP-C
