Position Overview:

The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects within the organization. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget by coordinating people, resources, and processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in project documentation, stakeholder communication, and basic technical concepts.

This role is reporting to:

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and support IT project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Assist project managers in creating project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress, identify potential issues, and report to project managers.
• Coordinate meetings, communications, and documentation for IT projects.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and vendors.
• Manage project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes.

Requirements

Required Criteria and Skills:

• Saudi National
• 1-3 years of experience in IT project coordination
• Strong understanding of IT implementations (cybersecurity, network, ITAM)
• Proficiency in ZOHO Projects and Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Strong organizational and stakeholder-management abilities
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
