Company Overview
Elko County Ambulance Service is the primary EMS agency for Elko County Nevada. ECAS is a combination paid and volunteer service which operates three stations throughout the 4th largest county in the contiguous United States. We serve a population of just fewer than 50,000, and responded to over 4,400 calls for service in 2014.
ECAS staffs four units daily, two ALS units based in Elko, and an ILS unit in Wells and Jackpot respectively. ECAS has ten full-time employees, and approximately 70 volunteers.
