F-M Ambulance operates multiple business enterprises related to pre-hospital emergency care and medical transportation. Our primary mission is to provide advanced life support (ALS) ambulance services for the people of Cass County in North Dakota and Clay County in Minnesota. F-M Ambulance is licensed to operate as an ALS ambulance service by the states of North Dakota and Minnesota.
We are the largest ambulance service in North Dakota as well as the only accredited ambulance service in North Dakota and one of two in Minnesota. Our main headquarters & administrative offices are located at 2215 South 18th Street in Fargo.
