Company Overview
The Plover Fire Department is a combination fire department consisting of three full-time chiefs and a dedicated team of paid-on-call firefighters. Our department provides fire suppression, rescue, and emergency medical services to the community.
We operate a full-time dual-paramedic ambulance, ensuring advanced life support (ALS) coverage at all times. Additionally, we staff scheduled part-time EMTs who respond using chase vehicles to provide rapid medical intervention.
Our ambulance service is governed by Portage County EMS and staffed by personnel from the Plover Fire Department, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality prehospital care.
