Join Grifols as an EMT, EMTA, Paramedic, or LPN supporting our plasma donation center. In this hands-on clinical role, you’ll perform donor screening, vital signs, venipuncture, and monitoring while ensuring safety and comfort. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, respond to donor reactions, and maintain detailed documentation. Provide high-quality patient care and monitoring during plasma donation procedures
Perform vital sign checks, venipuncture, and manage donor reactions per protocol
Accurately document donor information and treatment data in electronic systems
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment following OSHA and FDA guidelines
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and staff to coordinate donor flow and care
Educate donors on procedures, aftercare, and safety requirements
Operate, troubleshoot, and monitor apheresis and related medical equipment
Assist with emergency response and basic life support when needed
Participate in ongoing training, quality assurance, and process improvement
Ensure strict adherence to infection control, confidentiality, and ethical standards
Venipuncture and IV insertion
