Description

Join Grifols as an EMT, EMTA, Paramedic, or LPN supporting plasma donors in a patient-centered environment. You’ll perform health assessments, monitor donors during procedures, respond to reactions or emergencies, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with a skilled clinical team, follow strict safety and infection control standards, and provide education and reassurance to donors. Provide compassionate patient care and monitoring during plasma donation procedures
Perform medical assessments, vital signs, and health screenings per protocols
Administer medications and treatments within licensure and company guidelines
Respond to donor reactions and medical emergencies, including basic life support
Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records and documentation
Operate and troubleshoot donation and monitoring equipment safely
Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards at all times
Educate donors on procedures, aftercare, and health-related questions
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and team members to optimize donor safety
Participate in ongoing training, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
Patient assessment
