Join Grifols as an EMT, EMTA, Paramedic, or LPN supporting ABC Healthcare’s mission to improve patient outcomes. In this role, you’ll deliver safe, compassionate clinical care in a plasma donation setting, performing assessments, venipuncture, and emergency response as needed. You’ll document accurately, follow strict safety and infection-control protocols, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care during plasma donation procedures
Perform venipuncture, monitor donors, and respond to donor reactions or emergencies
Conduct pre-donation health screenings, including vitals and medical history review
Administer basic medications and treatments within scope of practice
Accurately document donor information and clinical observations in electronic systems
Maintain clean, safe, and compliant clinical areas and equipment
Collaborate with medical and center staff to ensure efficient donor flow
Educate donors on procedures, aftercare, and health considerations
Follow all regulatory, safety, and infection-control protocols
Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement activities
