Join Grifols as an EMT, EMTA, Paramedic, or LPN supporting ABC Healthcare’s plasma and clinical services. You’ll perform patient intake, vitals, and monitoring, assist with procedures, and respond to medical emergencies within your scope of practice. Provide compassionate emergency and non-emergency patient care in a clinical and plasma donation setting
Perform patient intake, vitals, medical histories, and ongoing monitoring during procedures
Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice and provider orders
Respond to and manage medical emergencies, performing BLS/ACLS interventions as appropriate
Operate and monitor medical and donor equipment, ensuring accurate documentation in electronic records
Maintain infection control, safety, and quality standards in all clinical areas
Educate donors/patients about procedures, aftercare, and health promotion
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and allied staff to coordinate safe, efficient care
Emergency medical care
Clinical assessment and triage
Vital signs monitoring
IV insertion and medication administration (within scope)
BLS/CPR
ACLS or PALS (role-dependent)
Phlebotomy and venipuncture
Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
Infection control and safety protocols
Patient and donor education
Current state EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, or LPN license in good standing
BLS/CPR certification
ACLS and/or PALS certification preferred
Valid driver’s license if role includes transport duties
