Join Grifols as an EMT, Paramedic, or LPN supporting plasma donors in a fast-paced clinical setting. In partnership with ABC Healthcare, you’ll perform assessments, monitor donors, respond to reactions, and provide compassionate care while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance. Provide high-quality patient care and monitoring in a clinical plasma collection environment
Perform patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and document accurately in electronic records
Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice and per standing orders
Respond to donor reactions and medical emergencies, performing basic or advanced life support as qualified
Prepare, start, and monitor phlebotomy and infusion procedures following safety and infection-control standards
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and team members to coordinate donor/patient care
Educate donors/patients on procedures, aftercare, and health screening results
Maintain medical equipment, supplies, and exam areas to regulatory and company standards
Comply with OSHA, FDA, and other clinical, safety, and documentation regulations
Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives
Patient assessment
Basic and advanced life support (as licensed)
Venipuncture and IV insertion
Medication administration
Medical documentation in EHR
Vital signs monitoring and interpretation
