Join Grifols as an EMT, EMTA, Paramedic, or LPN supporting ABC Healthcare’s mission to improve patient outcomes. In this hands-on clinical role, you’ll assess and monitor patients or donors, obtain vitals, assist with plasma or blood collection, and respond to changes in condition. You’ll administer basic treatments under supervision, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure strict adherence to safety and infection-control standards. Provide high-quality patient care and monitoring in a clinical setting
Perform medical assessments, obtain vital signs, and document patient histories
Administer medications and treatments under physician or RN direction
Support plasma or blood collection procedures and donor/patient safety checks
Operate and maintain medical equipment following protocols
Respond to medical changes or emergencies and escalate appropriately
Educate patients/donors on procedures, aftercare, and health considerations
Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records and documentation
Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes
Patient assessment

Basic life support (BLS)
Emergency response
Medication administration (within scope)
Phlebotomy or venipuncture
Electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Infection control and safety compliance
Clinical equipment operation
Communication with patients and clinical teams
Current state EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, or LPN license (as applicable)
BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
ACLS or PALS preferred, depending on assignment
CPR certification
Phlebotomy experience or certification preferred
