Grifols is hiring EMTs and Paramedics to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within ABC Healthcare. In this vital field-based role, you’ll respond to medical emergencies, deliver high-quality pre-hospital care, and safely transport patients. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and fellow responders while using advanced equipment and evidence-based protocols. Respond rapidly to 911 and medical emergencies in the community
Provide BLS or ALS care, including assessment, stabilization, and transport
Administer medications and perform interventions within scope of practice
Operate and maintain emergency vehicles and medical equipment safely
Communicate clearly with dispatch, hospitals, and healthcare teams
Document all patient care accurately in electronic patient care reports
Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory protocols at all times
Participate in training, drills, and continuing education activities
Support a compassionate, patient-centered care experience
Collaborate with colleagues to improve clinical quality and outcomes
Basic life support (BLS)
Advanced life support (ALS) for Paramedics
CPR and AED operation
Patient assessment and triage
Emergency medication administration (Paramedic)
Airway management and oxygen therapy
EKG monitoring and interpretation (Paramedic)
Safe ambulance operation and navigation
Electronic patient care reporting (ePCR)
Infection control and PPE use

National Registry EMT/Paramedic certification (NREMT) preferred
BLS certification (AHA or equivalent) required

EVOC/CEVO emergency vehicle operations training preferred
Proof of required immunizations and TB screening
Ability to lift and move patients and equipment per job standards
