Description

Join Grifols as an EMT or Paramedic in our plasma donation center. In this role, you’ll perform donor health screenings, monitor donors during collection, and respond to medical events while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You’ll collect and document medical histories, operate collection equipment, and maintain sterile, high-quality standards. Working within ABC Healthcare’s collaborative, patient-focused culture, you’ll support donors with compassion, educate them on procedures, and contribute to life-saving plasma-derived therapies in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Perform pre-donation health screenings and medical histories for donors
Monitor donors during and after plasma collection for safety and comfort
Respond to adverse donor reactions and provide appropriate emergency care
Operate and troubleshoot plasma collection and monitoring equipment
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation
Follow infection control, FDA, OSHA, and company compliance standards
Educate donors on procedures, risks, and post-donation care
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to optimize donor flow
Support quality assurance and safety initiatives within the center
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
