Provide high-quality patient care during plasma collection and related procedures
Perform patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and monitor vital signs
Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice and company protocols
Respond to medical emergencies, perform basic and advanced life support as qualified
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and electronic health records
Operate and troubleshoot medical and collection equipment safely
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Educate and support donors/patients regarding procedures and post-care instructions
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technicians to coordinate care
Participate in ongoing training, quality improvement, and best-practice initiatives
