Provide compassionate direct patient care in alignment with physician orders and clinical protocols
Perform patient assessments including vital signs, medical history, and symptom evaluation
Administer medications and treatments safely, documenting accurately in electronic records
Assist with emergency interventions, triage, and stabilization as needed
Collect and process specimens, perform basic diagnostic procedures, and support clinical workflows
Monitor patient condition, recognize changes, and escalate concerns promptly to providers
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
Maintain infection control, safety, and quality standards in all clinical activities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient care
Complete accurate documentation, reports, and handoffs to ensure continuity of care
