Description

ABC Healthcare, a national leader in patient care, seeks LPNs, RNs, EMTs, EMT-As, or Paramedics to support clinical and donor care at Grifols. In this role, you’ll perform assessments, monitor vitals, assist with procedures, and respond to donor or patient reactions while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. You’ll document care in electronic records, educate donors, and collaborate closely with an experienced medical team. Provide direct patient care, including vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and treatments per protocol
Support and monitor donors/patients during collection or clinical procedures, promptly responding to adverse reactions
Document all care accurately in electronic medical records and follow regulatory and company standards
Assist with triage, assessments, and care coordination under physician or RN direction
Operate and troubleshoot basic clinical and collection equipment, ensuring safety and quality
Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment and adhere to infection control practices
Educate patients/donors on procedures, aftercare, and health/safety instructions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient and donor outcomes
Patient assessment

Infection control and safety protocols
Basic life support (BLS)
Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) familiarity
