ABC Healthcare, in partnership with Grifols, seeks LPNs, RNs, EMTs, EMT-As, and Paramedics to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will perform assessments, monitor patients during procedures, respond to medical emergencies, and document all care accurately. Working with an experienced multidisciplinary team, you’ll support innovative approaches that improve outcomes. Provide high-quality patient care and monitoring during collection and treatment procedures
Perform clinical assessments, including vital signs, medical histories, and eligibility screenings
Administer medications and treatments per protocol and physician orders
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and perform basic and advanced life support as trained
Accurately document all care, procedures, and observations in electronic records
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant clinical environment following all regulatory standards
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to optimize patient experience
Educate patients on procedures, aftercare, and health-related questions
Patient assessment
IV insertion and venipuncture
Medication administration
Basic and advanced life support
ECG/EKG monitoring
Electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Infection control and safety protocols
Emergency response and triage
Clinical phlebotomy
