Join ABC Healthcare at Grifols as an LPN, RN, EMT, EMT-A, or Paramedic providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical setting. In this role, you’ll perform assessments, administer medications, respond to emergencies, and support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. You’ll document care accurately, educate patients and families, and uphold strict safety and infection control standards. Provide direct patient care including assessments, vital signs, and monitoring during procedures and treatments
Administer medications and therapies safely per provider orders and protocols
Respond to urgent and emergent situations, performing basic and advanced life support within scope
Collect specimens, perform point-of-care tests, and accurately document all care in the EMR
Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment and ensure proper use of equipment and supplies
Educate patients and families on treatments, discharge instructions, and follow-up care
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to coordinate high-quality care
Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
Participate in ongoing training, skills development, and quality improvement initiatives
Demonstrate compassionate, patient-centered service aligned with ABC Healthcare values
